There is no minimum charge. All orders
must be prepaid in with a check, money order or credit card.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. An
interest rate of 1 1/2
% per month will be charged on balances
not paid after 30 days. Packages "shipped flat" not
rolled. All international orders are to be prepaid in U.S. dollars.
You must request and include payment for specific shipping on
international orders and Next Day Air. Shipping via UPS, FedEx
and Parcel Post.
Any discrepancies or damage claims must
be made within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. If you
receive a damaged package, make a note with the carrier at time
of receipt note - "shipment damaged". Ordering a shipment
constitutes an understanding and agreement with these terms and
conditions. Wholesale terms same as above except a business check,
company charge must be sent with Tax ID number when ordering.
Credit may be obtained after establishing a buying history. Normal
lead time is two to three weeks, but we will always attempt to
send your order sooner.
